By accessing, registering on, or using the hiyabet platform in any capacity — whether through the website hiyabet.vip, any associated mobile interface, or any other channel through which hiyabet makes its services available — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hiyabet platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of hiyabet following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and hiyabet under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. They should be read in conjunction with hiyabet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To open and maintain an account with hiyabet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling under PAGCOR regulations in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, or are a Filipino citizen accessing hiyabet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful.
• You are not a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of hiyabet or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hiyabet or had a hiyabet account closed for breach of these Terms.
• Your participation in hiyabet games is legal under the laws applicable to your location and personal circumstances.

hiyabet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that fail to satisfy or maintain these criteria. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms.

To access real-money services on hiyabet, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested. You agree to update your account information promptly should any of your provided details change.

3.1 Registration Requirements. During registration, hiyabet will require your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number for OTP verification, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations, hiyabet will require identity verification documents from all players prior to processing their first withdrawal and for accounts meeting certain deposit thresholds. Acceptable documents include:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License (Land Transportation Office)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• SSS Card (Social Security System)
• PhilHealth ID
• Voter's ID
• National ID (PhilSys)

3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) hiyabet account. hiyabet employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hiyabet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses, and withhold winnings derived from bonus funds pending investigation.

3.4 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your account information. hiyabet accepts no liability for transactions, notifications, or communications sent to incorrectly provided contact details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hiyabet login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You agree not to share, disclose, or transfer your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.

hiyabet will never contact you to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from hiyabet and requesting your password or 2FA code should be treated as fraudulent and reported to hiyabet support immediately.

You agree to notify hiyabet immediately via live chat or support email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. hiyabet will take prompt action to secure the account upon receipt of such notification, which may include temporary suspension pending investigation.

hiyabet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Transactions completed using your credentials prior to hiyabet receiving notice of unauthorized access will be considered valid.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hiyabet currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). hiyabet reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.

5.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum initial deposit to activate a hiyabet account for real-money play is ₱100. Minimum amounts for subsequent deposits may vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed on the Deposit page within your account.

5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your hiyabet wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet are subject to the processing times of the transferring financial institution.

5.4 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from third parties for deposit to your hiyabet account, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

5.5 No Deposit Fees. hiyabet does not charge fees for standard deposits. Your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees; hiyabet is not responsible for third-party charges.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. To request a withdrawal from your hiyabet account, you must have completed KYC verification and satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements on the funds you intend to withdraw.

6.2 Processing Timeframes. hiyabet aims to process all withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within thirty (30) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet are subject to the processing schedules of the receiving institution, which are outside hiyabet's control.

6.3 Withdrawal Verification. hiyabet may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID, proof of ownership of the nominated withdrawal account, or source of funds documentation. These requests are made in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA obligations.

6.4 Withdrawal to Depositing Account. As a general policy, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit. Where this is not technically possible, hiyabet will contact you to arrange an alternative.

6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed in your Account Settings. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional compliance review prior to processing.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by hiyabet are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General eligibility requires a valid, verified hiyabet account and compliance with the one-account-per-person policy.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to your hiyabet account are subject to wagering requirements before they or winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, time limits, game contribution percentages, and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active are detailed in the specific terms of each promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. hiyabet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploitation of software errors to generate artificially low-risk wagering, or coordinated activity designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. hiyabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed in good faith prior to the modification.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to other accounts.
• Maximum bet limits apply while bonus wagering is pending — exceeding these limits may result in bonus cancellation.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid on specified games only and expire within the stated period.
• Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses after all other bonuses have been applied.

8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on hiyabet is governed by its specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any hiyabet game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

8.2 RNG Certification. All RNG-based games on hiyabet — including slots, video poker, keno, and instant games — use certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness. Game outcomes are statistically unpredictable and cannot be manipulated by hiyabet or by players.

8.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games on hiyabet are operated by licensed studio providers. The rules of each live game are displayed before a player joins a table. Live dealer decisions are final once made in accordance with the applicable game rules.

8.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, hiyabet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. Where a malfunction produces an erroneous win that would not have occurred under normal operation, hiyabet reserves the right to void that win. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle for all technical incidents.

8.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed outside these limits may be rejected or, where technically processed in error, are subject to settlement correction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hiyabet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Underage access — accessing hiyabet if you are under 21 years of age or assisting a minor in doing so.
• Multiple accounts — registering or using more than one hiyabet account per individual.
• Identity fraud — providing false identity information, using stolen identification, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering — using hiyabet to launder, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of illegal activity, in violation of Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, soft play, or any agreed strategy in multiplayer games.
• Cheating software — using bots, automated betting scripts, AI prediction tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair mechanical advantage over hiyabet games.
• Exploitation of errors — deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to extract value that would not be available under correct operation.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or reversal of a deposit after those funds have been used for gaming activity.
• Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or use your hiyabet account.
• Commercial use — operating a business or commercial service on or through your hiyabet account, including acting as an unlicensed bookmaker or running a betting syndicate through the platform.

hiyabet is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is a form of entertainment; it is not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

10.1 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all hiyabet account holders at no charge, accessible via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — set maximum net loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits — define maximum session duration with automatic logout.
• Reality Check Reminders — configure periodic notifications showing elapsed time and net result.
• Cool-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the hiyabet platform.

10.2 Cooling-Off and Self-Exclusion. Any player may request a cool-off period or self-exclusion at any time by contacting hiyabet's live chat support. Self-exclusion is implemented immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude are also reported to PAGCOR's gaming exclusion register.

10.3 Age Verification. hiyabet implements mandatory age verification for all new registrations and for accounts triggering PAGCOR-defined review thresholds. The legal minimum age to gamble on hiyabet is 21 years. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under this age will be closed and deposits returned in accordance with applicable PAGCOR directives.

All content on the hiyabet platform — including but not limited to the hiyabet brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of hiyabet or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hiyabet platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any hiyabet content without hiyabet's prior written consent.

The game content available on hiyabet is provided under separate licence agreements between hiyabet and individual game providers. Any use of game content outside the hiyabet platform requires separate authorisation from the relevant game provider.

12.1 Platform Availability. hiyabet endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events beyond hiyabet's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. hiyabet accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

12.2 Financial Losses from Gambling. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. hiyabet accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by any player. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are gambling voluntarily with funds you can afford to lose.

12.3 Third-Party Services. hiyabet is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party payment providers (including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), internet service providers, or device manufacturers. Any loss or delay caused by third-party services is outside hiyabet's liability.

12.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, hiyabet's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their hiyabet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13.1 PAGCOR Dispute Process. hiyabet is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as a condition of its operating licence. Players who cannot resolve a dispute directly with hiyabet's customer support team may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures.

13.2 Internal Dispute Process. Before escalating any dispute, you agree to first raise the matter with hiyabet's customer support team via live chat or the published support contact. hiyabet will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and issue a substantive response within 5 business days for standard disputes.

13.3 Jurisdiction. Subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above processes.

hiyabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hiyabet will provide notice by publishing a revised version on hiyabet.vip with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the hiyabet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should close your account before the effective date.
